ABC Spay and Neuter Program

 

ABC is partnered with a primary veterinarian and ABC offers low-cost spay/neuter assistance to anyone who finds a homeless or abandoned cat and wants to provide it with a loving forever home. A fee of $50 will cover altering (spay or neuter), combo testing and two vaccines.
